Not a trustworthy business. Was excited to take my son to buy his first car mid August, even explained to the seller that my son needed something reliable and it was his first car. We found a nice looking Tucson. Took it for a test drive with the "original owner" and everything seemed good, He bragged about putting in the stereo and that no service lights were on, claimed he bought it new in 2005 and always had it serviced at the dealership. By no means was we expecting perfection, just something reliable, so I trusted he was selling me something decent for my son. We drove it home. Next day the battery was dead. Would not charge. Bought a new battery and it started right up. Next day the battery was drained again. My husband upon inspecting the cause found that the stereo was rigged up directly to the battery, however it's not the only cause of the battery draining. My husband has devices to test these issues. No idea what else could be draining it and cannot afford to fix right now. My son has to unhook the battery when not driving for the time being or it drains. Electrical issues are tedious and expensive fixes. 2 nights ago my Son was driving home from work and the engine was smoking something awful. Antifreeze everywhere and not sure where it is coming from yet. The seller is an employee there and it was his personal vehicle (well that's what he claimed, also told us he was the only owner.) How could he not know the battery was draining if it was his? I believe he made sure the battery was charged enough to get it sold. I imagine that's the only reason no service lights were on.. because charging a dead battery had reset everything. Now the vehicle has check engine and air bag warnings as well. Was just enough charge to test drive and get it home. I highly recommend keeping a vehicle over night before buying from them, or just GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Drive by during a car show in town. Swung by few days later and really liked the selection. I was surprised a little by price. I picked up a good starter car for my son. Easy deal to make.
I also want to add the title was in a woman's name and out of state. His personal vehicle? Yeah right!
Excellent business! Auto Nerd has been a great help in my search for a car. Very polite and honest. Weren’t pushy and answered all my questions. Auto Nerd is a breathe of fresh air and i actually enjoyed my experience. 5/5!!!!
Great selection and good price. I don’t like to spend a lot of time on something that I know I want. I was here around an hour and that was due to me walking around. Very quick fellows.
Excellent Service! I read reviews and honestly didn't know what to think. As a business owner I realize that most reviews are negative and happy people don't write them. The pictures were accurate and the car drove as well as they represented it to. The 4x4 on the small SUV was a must for us and they did show us other options in the same price category that also had great carfax's but we couldn't beat the price and value on this one so we decided to buy it today. Interestingly, they don't encourage financing either which is not typical to most dealers. 1-payment it is!!! Hope this helps!
