I only give three stars because the clothing is SO expensive. I have to have a credit card just to afford to purchase clothing... and by the time I have it paid off, I feel like it's time to purchase more again. Also don't like that they have exclusions on when you can use coupons when they're running deals. Not very customer friendly.
Ladies that work there are always friendly. Only had an issue once with a rude manager when I was unaware that the coupons had to remain stapled to the receipt.

Ok clothes, though recently they have been kind of matronly, not as young and hip as they used to be. They are also VERY expensive. I generally prefer Torrid nowadays.
