Excellent dentist, kids loved him and his staff. They all really made the kids first dental experience great! I highly recomend!!!
I've been taking my boys here for about 6-7 years and I haven't had any issues with Dr. Ellis or any of his staff. They have always been so welcoming to me and my family. I've recommended his office several times over the years and will continue to recommend. Best dentist I haven't ever taken my boys too. Keep up the good work Dr. Ellis and staff.
I wish I could give this Dentistry zero stars. This is the WORST dentistry you could go to. I was one of the patients here, and I will never forget my experience as it almost developed into a trauma. I had three or four baby root canals to get done, and they said I didn't need the numbing shot despite knowing that I have sensitive teeth. You would think they would stop the procedure when they hear a child crying and screaming at the top of their lungs. Instead, they held me down without permission from myself or my parents which already isn't a good sign. I had the right to say no even if I was a child, but they REFUSED to listen to me. Also, when I was screaming they told me to be quiet because I was scaring the other patients. First of all, you don't tell that to a kid to keep them calm. You STOP the procedure first and assess what you are doing wrong and MAKE sure the child is okay. Their website says, "You want someone you can trust and who has your child’s health and comfort in mind," this is false! The staff don't care about the children especially the main dentist Dr. Ellis, they just want to steal your money, and they gossip the entire time which is not good for a child to witness. NEVER EVER GO HERE THEY WILL SEEM NICE IN THE BEGINNING, BUT IT'S A TRAP, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
My daughter went to this dentist, in the beginning I thought they were good however I didn't like their policy that a parent can't go back with their child except on the first visit that was a cleaning. After the last visit my daughter will never be returning to this dentist. As we pull in the parking lot my daughter and get out of the car and I hear what I think it a child screaming. This gave me a horrible uneasy feeling. My daughter went back for her appointment, they informed me that one of her teeth needed to be pulled because of the start of an abscess. I agree to it. I was heartbroken when my daughter came out and told me how bad it hurt and she couldn't tell anyone because they had instruments in her mouth. It makes me so upset to think that my daughter was in pain and nobody did anything. Also every time I was there the office staff were very gossipy. Not appropriate at all. Please people read the reviews and consider them before taking your children to this dentist. I have now found a dentist that allows parents to go back every visit with their child and I feel that is important. I know that I can speak for my child when she is not able too. Every dentist should want their patients and their families to feel safe and be able to trust them... even if that means allowing parents to go back with their children.
My daughter has had 3 appointments over the past year and a half. Every time she goes in alone she comes out with a smile and she's 2. I have never had a problem with the staff or ever had to question if my daughter was receiving excellent care. If they weren't excellent at what they do I doubt my daughter would be smiling when she comes out.
