The store is undergoing renovations; looks like they're adding some soundproof booths for testing an ax or maybe for lessons they're advertising. But everything is still reachable (just shifted around), and I usually find some great deals on used gear. #Recycling
Purchased a practice amp and the guy gave me the one off the shelf which didn't come with the software product key it was supposed to and he gave me the wrong power adapter.. Not a great experience.. Maybe that's why they're going out of business.
Great staff. I always get helped very quickly ( unlike the north side store). Staff is pretty helpful. My only complain is that they don't have very many high end guitars. Mostly used stuff and affordable range guitars and amps. But That's just me. I'm VERY picky. Great job guys.
