For a contractor, this Home Depot falls way short of professional service. With the staff and management that is in place, I have to think that zero training and supervision takes place. This store may prove acceptable to the homeowner looking for a key made or a bolt to fix something, but for a contractor, this store has no clue how to manage inventories, material loading, or special orders. You have to have pros to deal with pros. Lazy, unimformed retired people just aren't going to cut it!

Great selection of products and quick service. However, half the staff is very friendly and helpful and the other half behaves as though they want nothing to do with you and have no time to provide you with service. This would probably be a 5 star rating if not for the staff members that remind me of sullen teenagers. Let these guys go or give them an attitude check please?
