Jeff and Trent were on time and made moving a 500 lb commercial treadmill look easy. They were very professional and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.

My daughter had used one of their pods previously and we were very happy with the drop off, pick up and delivery! I did the same with moving all was good with delivery and pick up. I had them drop pod to my new place on July 12th. Called early am on 13th to pick up. Wasn't picked up until the 15th which they wanted to charge me for the 2 extra days even though it was setting empty ready for pick up. I had paid for the whole month and told I would get a check for the days not used. It has been 3 weeks and still waiting on refund! Get run around when I call. Not happy with their customer service at all at this point!

Quotes are higher than other local companies for the exact same service with no extras. Phone staff was short and came off as rude.
