This place is disgusting. Plain and simple. I was given a small loan of a million dollars and I wouldn’t spend a dime at this place. Animals mistreated, cheesy name, annoying tramp workers, and affiliations with China. This isn’t fake news people! I’d rather crack open a couple cold ones with Rosie O’Donnell before I step foot in this place again.
Went in looking for a pet for my 10 year old daughter. The staff were so helpful and they worked very hard to get the right pet. A Blackbear hamster. She loves it and it’s very tame
The manager Amy was amazing!! We bought a bird there this afternoon and she was more more than help full. She was amazing and helped us out so much I can not say enough about how happy I am with their services.
DO NOT.... I repeat DO NOT buy a dog from here. They lied right to my face and told me I was getting a puppy but they sold me a horse. Amy, the animal specialist, is actually phenomenal and a huge sweetheart. They take care of the dogs well here. I never ever intended on purchasing a dog from here nor did I ever want to support a for profit business of animals but my pups changed my life. I found my forever friend and I wouldn't change a thing. He was treated exceptionally well by both the workers and the owner. He was usually never even caged considering he was the stores favorite dog. I've had him for 3 months now and I just couldn't be happier.
I bought PET rats in here. They missexed them. They don’t handle the rats in the right way at all. Picking them up by their tails. Horrible place. Not to mention they can’t communicate their own policy’s on how they take in animals. #adoptdontshop
