Greg Colman with Red Oak Real Estate has made my home buying completely miserable. I have never come in contact with such a bad agent. This has been one of the worst experiences when it should have been the best. First, he told me that something was covered in my home warranty that was not, now he's been ignoring my emails for over a week (going on four week since the problem actually was discovered!). He was horrible at staying in contact through out the entire home buying process. He didn't even tell me when he moved from Century 21 in the middle of closing! I have tried to contact someone else at Red Oak and I have not received any type of response. I am blown away by how unprofessional this company is!! Do not use!!!
One of their "realtors" keeps emailing me from a GMAIL account. I asked for a T12 or Schedule E from the seller of an investment property via him, and he said he doesn't know those terms. How can a realtor peddling investment properties not know what a trailing 12 and schedule E of a tax return is???
