They're stupid. They raised our rent. Running our water bill up, because they're "Fixing the pipes." and the electric bill runs us $188 during the Summer and $400 during winter months. Takes them six to eight months to fix anything. And the people who work here are obviously lazy drug addicts. We're paying over a thousand dollars when we could have afforded a non-trailer residency.
