Attention Dick's corporate. Your return system is awful. Everytime I or someone else needs to do a return the process is cumbersome and overly complicated. It does not seem to be a training issue it does seem to be a point of sale register software issue. Fix it or I will use Amazon.
They are a bit rude and arrogant but selection is hard to beat
