Love this store! Fantastic selection of high quality products. Friendly, helpful staff that's extremely knowledgeable about the products they carry as well as pet nutrition. Went in looking for a new harness for my dog. Got to talking with a staff member (Qiana) about the skin problems he's been having. She shared how her dog had a similar problem several months ago and suggested it could be a food allergy and that I try a different food. Dogs, like people, have food allergies too and, just like people, if they're not eating the right stuff, they have reactions. She wasn't regurgitating a sales sheet, she was speaking from experience. That's what sold me on switching my dog's food. I'll definitely be back to PetPeople again.
Great staff and amazing products! I'm always greeted with a smile and staff that are eager to help me find just what I need! They understand my needs and even helped me find a better food than what I was already feeding my dogs. My dogs love their new food and get so excited about dinner time! The store manager and the assistant manager are absolutely wonderful. They are both very knowledgeable about the foods and other products PetPeople has to offer. They are encouraging me to try a raw diet for my dogs because of the health benefits and I think I'm going to go for it! They guarantee their products, so if there is a problem you can always bring it back and try something else. Love visiting this store and enjoy bringing my dogs here for bath time too at the Spaw! Excited for them to be in Greenwood!
I have been here several times since the store has opened. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Our dog often has digestive problems, and they were able to recommend several treats and food options that didn't upset his belly. They didn't carry the puppy version of the type of food we use, and they offered to order it for us and keep it on hand. I can't say enough good things about this place!
Great new store to have near the house. Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help and answer any questions. Great variety of food, treats, toys, and all things pet. Pet bath area was clean and I loved that I kept the mess there instead of our house!
