WORST PLACE for ice cream in Greenwood! I had a ROACH in my ice cream..ewwww I showed to the lady who worked there and she said sorry ..really I had to throw it away and will never go to this Coldstone ever
While the stsff is very friendly, the ice cream itself isn't great. It tastes very artificial. It's a convenient location for meeting people, otherwise I would never go here. There is much better ice cream to be found elsewhere.

Expensive, but really good ice cream. The cake batter flavor is my favorite. I got the birthday cake remix and substituted the brownie for yellow cake. Delish! Also, we were the only customers in the shop so really fast service.
Looked up online about their products for ppl who have milk issues it had told me they had sorbet one freaking sorbet my family wants to go to this place and I checked to make sure I could go I figured when I mentioned you know I can’t have milk they would make a smoothie with out yougert this smoothie tastes like it has yougert in it I’m very unhappy very not satisfied customer!
