Tried to make a cash deposit the ATM spit my cash back out and ate my debit card, then I counted my cash and was missing $20.00
The atm at this branch is ALWAYS down. Then, I get an insurance check so that I can purchase a new vehicle, itll take almost a week to post, and they wanted to charge me 1% of the full check just to cash it. That kind of defeats the purpose of them being "my bank". Im very disappointed and really should have done more research before I switched to 5th 3rd. The one atm by my house is always down and there aren't very many other convenient ones to go to. very unsatisfied.
Ok bank but beware of their ATM as it ate my debit card for no reason while I was trying to make a deposit. When the branch called me the next day they said that it happens fairly often (????) so to use the night deposit instead of the ATM. Also the branch manager had no idea what I was talking about when I came to collect my card even though I'd received a call from a teller just half an hour prior.
