When I purchased my VW, my thoughts were AutoBahn would handle any service. I had to tow my vehicle there which is very intimidating because there could be a chance of being taken advantage of. Not the case in the least. I spoke with Peter on the phone and he asked for pictures then gave me a plan A and a plan B in case. I was also given a price range that was very fair. My car was completed before anticipated. The price was right in the middle of the estimated range. AutoBahn is a very knowledgeable company but also very upfront and honest company. When my BMW developed a misfire, I brought it to Autobahn based on the recommendation of a co-worker who has been a long-time BMW owner. They quickly diagnosed the issue (bad coils), performed some other needed service, and got the car back to me in a very reasonable amount of time. I felt like they had the expertise and brand-specific equipment that other shops lack. This was the best experience I've had with service and repairs on my new-to-me German car. I unhesitatingly recommend them.
First experience with them getting my Jaguar XJL repaired and serviced. They were extremely professional and thorough. They handled all the warranty communications, explained what was required and were very knowledgeable. I am hesitant to trust just anyone but they have earned my trust and gained a lifelong customer. More convenient, trustworthy and expeditious than the dealer in my opinion.
