Bad mattress. Customer service was rude and incompetent.
I highly recommend this American Mattress location to anyone looking to get the best deal in a no pressure environment. After shopping all day I finally took my aunts advice and tried this store. I upgraded from a queen to a king size bed in a reasonable price range. I was so impressed with how well they treat their customers, I will never go to another mattress store other than here again.
I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for a new purchase and want good information.

These guys are great and they stand by their product. The store manager, Joe, is honest and knowledgeable. They helped me get the right mattress at a fair price. I highly recommend shopping at this American Mattress location.
My daughter and I went in to the store this morning shopping for a bed for my mother, I figured we would have to shop around several stores for several days to find what she wanted, expecially after a bad experience with a phone purchase we had made with a competitor.... but the sales guy at this American Mattress Joe G was so helpful and made our purchase very delightful... I cant wait to sleep with my new coconut pillow tonight, oh my daughter would like to see you get chocolate pillows.
