I have never had such bad service....actually NO service at a restaurant. We arrived at 8:00 pm the restaurant had a few tables that actually had guests. The employees outweighed the guests by far. The lobby was full of employees 5 at the greeting desk 4-5 at the entrance to the dining area talking with someone who had a new baby. We were told that we were being seated.... and then nothing 10 minutes later I asked...you said that we were being seated. They said yes your server will be right with you "Jenny". We waited 15 minutes and I went back up. They again told me that our server would be right with us. We finally got seated by ...not Jenny... sat for 20 minutes waiting to get our drink and food order. The waitress at the next table said that she would go ahead and take our order. she came back and said that she gave our drink order to Jenny. We waited 10 more minutes still a no show. We had a baby and 2 children with us and had been there for 45 minutes and had yet to see Jenny. We walked out. I would have given a no star review unfortunately this option is not available.
We had a birthday gathering. Our server seemed to know how to take the orders.
We brought our own b-cake. And got up to ask our server for forks. She completely ignore me.
Large boat of Alfredo cheese dip for your bread sticks is awesome. The large shared salad is very well made, minus the onions for me though. All the meals here are as expected, tasty, and priced right. Service varies, but overall is decent.

Good place for some good Italian food.
Service was a lot faster than previous visits. Did not like the texture of the chicken. The lasagna was very good.
When our food came out they didn't place it to our group for about five to ten minutes. Until another server noticed it was seating there getting cold.
She asked why it was just seating there and I said I didn't no. But we were hungry.
Our 2nd time being here since moving our daughter down for college. Both times Debbie (manager) spent time some time @ our table . Very personable. This time our server was Samantha. She was excellent. The entire staff work together & help each other out. I realize I was here to have dinner, which of course was fantastic. But it was nice to be in such a positive, friendly & helpful atmosphere too. Good job.
The manager did come out and apologize.
There was five adults and one child.
