Beware of the Southport and Emerson location. I was there the other day, and the girl might as well have been yelling at me. I was trying to get lined up on the track, and she kept trying to hurry me, yet there was a another vehicle in front of me, and I could not go anywhere. She was trying to push us through like a bunch of sardines as tight as possible .
You could see the frustrations/ anger on her face. Obviously this is not the job for her if she doesn't understand how to be patient!!!
Okay cleans okay needs to clean front and rocker panels and rear better and the dryers well let's just day doesn't dry well

I have an SUV, sometimes the back window does not get as clean as it should.
The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. My kids love seeing the "pretty soap" (wax) and fun characters. I remember being scared of the carwash when I was their ages but they absolutely love going to the carwash thanks to the way Crew Carwash is set up and family friendly. We have the unlimited monthly package and it's completely worth it...money well spent!
