I have the Diamond Paint Protection/Interior Protection/Rust Protection purchased when I took ownership of the vehicle from the dealership. This is a ten year deal where I must return every year to do the required upkeep on the vehicle to honor the preventive maintenance. So every year I show up thinking I will get the job done correctly because I have to set aside a full day to do this, thus costing me money. And I am a very reasonable individual and I understand when the doors open the techs in the back are flooded with work that the front counter piles on them and that’s just how businesses are kept afoot, and even more so on Saturdays people don’t want to work much in the first place so I totally understand human nature. But I would say this as the doors open people just walk in and the front salesmen takes the first in line, though many people including myself had appointments set up months in advance, so to help the business and customers I would recommend a one piece work flow type scenario so it would work like this. Everyone floods the doors and then the employees say to whom have appointments please step forward then they will call the appropriate first person in the appointment rolodex and that person would be serviced first, and so on so on. And secondly, I would implement a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to ensure the techs are doing their job to the highest level of work. So that when a tech is tasked with a job they will be allowed to complete the vehicle work in a flexible time frame as quality of work is better than the amount pushed through the bay door, and then have a senior tech or manager inspect the delegated work before that vehicle leaves the facility. These processes, had they been implemented would have given this particular location more stars possibly even 5 Stars though I don’t like to be sold stuff when I show up to a place that I’ve already spent money at, I think that should be saved for marketing and the customer to decide what they want to purchase and when. But the reason I gave a 3 Star review was because I did come in for the yearly preventative maintenance on my vehicle, on a Saturday, and when I got home I changed my oil a couple days later to find that the tech only really sprayed the rust inhibitors in the rear fenders and at only where it could be visible to a walk through inspection. Now I understand that you can’t keep adding the product on top of the old, and that to keep cost down it wouldn’t make sense to completely redo to entire under surface, that being said I take care of my vehicle mostly myself and that’s why I saw the areas underneath the truck that were not touched. I would have thought that once the vehicle is on the lift you should pressure wash the underside to loosen the spots that needed a reapplied undercoating, then put a blower on the underside and then apply the touch up rust sealant. This would make the process faster believe it or not because you wouldn’t have to have customers come back on another day to redo the process thus costing the person yet another afternoon to do the job again and the company having to spend time on things that are not in the direction of process improvement. The reason for the 3 Star rating is because of Levi, he was super understanding and wanted to be accountable for the company as a whole, respect and integrity are values rarely used in today’s economy, so props to Levi and I hope that whom ever is the owner gives that man more opportunity to make the company better all around.
UPDATE: I called customer service and was told that their is a different customer service I would have to talk to for that location. And magically that location doesn't have a phone number. But they would email me. It's been a week and still 0 communication. So their response on my review and also bulls**t.
Great place great prices will work with you
Which is amazing since my keys and locks have worked fine for 6 years and works great when their auto start is disconnected. I'll just go to the dealership for work for now on instead of letting others work on my truck and then weasel their way out of actually taking care of the customer and don't be fooled but their bulls**t warrnety,
This place is below average. I had windows tinted and when I rolled them down there was a fold in the corner. I also had remote starter installed, it only worked 2 times. They agreed to fix both on a future date. Can't roll window down for another day so might have to change this post. Took them better part of 90 minutes. Tech said remote start needed reprogrammed. Should not have had to reprogram 'because it could have been on the shelf for some time', their words not mine.
Very reasonable priced window tinting. They recommended to go with 80% window tint on factory darkened windows. For fear of not being able to see at night! Glad I listened to them, I am sure if I even went with a 40% tint it would have been to dark!
Spend the extra money and have a dealership do it, or you'll get screwed and have to pay a dealer anyway. I had Ziebart do an auto start to my truck. An electrical/key issue arises and I go there on four separate occasions at more than 3hrs each time and they are unable to "verify" the issue with my electrical system is on their end. Even though the Ford dealership has verified it's their fault on more than one occasion. I've paid almost $1000 to Ford to have them give me all new keys and reprogram my truck twice. And yet Ziebart still will not refund the cost of the auto start since their "people" says it's a malfunction with the truck.
