I have a new Ford F-150 that I custom put a lift kit and wheels on and made sure to make it to fit into Mike’s Express Car wash specifications. Well after 6 months of getting hassled every time by Mike’s that my truck was too tall or too wide even tho they measured it multiple times; they told me I could no longer come through their wash.
VERY FRUSTRATED with them!! Nearly TWO weeks, 20 calls, 7 trips back to see the manager/owner and ZERO action to correct the problem or even CALL ME BACk !! Horrible customer service in addition to the damage caused !!
This is the greatest carwash and lube ever, the people that work there are awesome too! I'll never go anywhere else.

I have never been treated better and specifically an employee by the name of Rick is an asset to their company. Always in a good mood and eager to please.
Love this place. It's like visiting a car spa. Staff is friendly and for less than $50.00, I get an oil change and my car cleaned inside and out. My only concern is that occasionally, the inside cleaning is not open. Normally, taking a raincheck would suffice, but I specifically visit this business from Greenfield - 35 miles out. Still worth a five star rating.
So when one door closes another one opens as I always say and behind that door was Rama Car Wash and Lube.
