Very pleasant shopping experience! I prefer this Von Maur over the one in Castleton.
This is such a beautiful store. I received assistance by Carla, she works in the ladies formal wear department. Her customer service was the best experience that I've had since the early 1980's. I've been blind since 2010 from a traumatic injury that I sustained while on active duty. Carla loaned me her elbow & escorted me into the dressing room. She gave me descriptions of everything & spoke so kindly. Then Carla introduced me to the lady who does alterations; she was also polite & kind. Normally I go into stores & I'm ignored and struggle to make purchases. Carla made my experience the best! Thank you!

I wont' shop there again, a lady who works at men's shoes dept is outrageous rude and claimed herself to be the manager and won't give me store credit since I lost my original receipt I bought it online. She is arrogant and assertive and I won't go there again. Period!
I came in today to do some emotional spending woke up feeling tired of life but I came across a young lady named (amanda ) and I'm so thankful that I did she lefted my spirit and turned Me rite around ... very helpful..thank you sweety u might have not known but the way u treated me was amazing and we need more people like u in this world .... sometimes all we need is to be treated fairly...
