Great place to shop for furniture. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I shopped around for 2 weeks.. Ashley had the best quality and price. Awesome selection! Also Josh, whom they use for delivery, is a great guy. Our couch was delivered in 2 days.
I went to just do a look around for some furniture and such for my new apartment. However as I was strolling around I was helped by both Nathan and Tyler to make some informed decisions. Though I didn't leave with anything right away I did make plans to make some purchases. They're friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made me feel reassured and comfortable as it's my first apartment and I've never made such purchases. I look forward to going back and working with them both!
Update: it has been a few months since my last comments. I am now reducing my rating from a 2 to 1. It was originally a 2 because they have awful customer service but I liked what I got. Now that I have been in the phone with them for hours, have gone into the store to talk to managers, been cancelled on and still have not gotten my couch fixed, I decided I will never shop here again. One thing I have learned is the managers can literally do nothing for you. I tell them my work hours, they call during work hours and try to schedule me during my work hours.
This was my first time at Ashely Furniture as I have heard super mixed reviews. I went in the night of Thanksgiving and of course the place was a mad house and the line was ridiculously long to pay. I just wanted to order my son a new bed for Christmas. The lady gave me my order sheet and said that I could leave and come back before they closed so I didn't have to wait in line. I took her advice and I surprisingly got a text message from her letting me know that there was no longer a line. Due to her letting me take the order form with me I was able to get everything sorted quickly. I was in and out in 20 minutes. This was definitely an excellent experience for me.
We went to Ashley Home Store to purchase a couple of storage items for our bedroom, such as a dresser and a chest of drawers. We were greeted by one of Ashley HomeStore Furniture salesman whom was very helpful and very professional. We told him what we were looking for and he took us through the entire store to assist us in finding our specifications of color choice and quality . As we were looking around we found a bedroom set that was absolutely breathtaking so we decided to purchase the entire set. In addition our Salesman pointed out the quality of the furniture and the specifications quite nicely. He was extremely helpful in helping us find the specific colors that we were looking for in a bedroom set. What I really liked about him was that he was helpful, but not pushy. We did our homework as far as comparing quality and price at the surrounding stores in the area but no one could come close to Ashley HomeStore's quality for the price that we paid. In addition we were extremely happy with the customer service from the ladies that processed our order. Even the store manager was involved with the transaction to assist us in making the big purchase that we made that day. I was very impressed with the support that we were given and the teamwork from the employees. My experience with Ashley Home store was outstanding and we plan to go back to purchase more items for our new home.
I bought a couch and love seat and like those. Everything else has been terrible. They set up windows of time to deliver so I had to cancel the first time I was given due to the fact that I have a job. Then when they delivered it the second attempt they were three hours late. Now there is some damage to it so I contacted them and they said to email someone. I did and he never replied. So I called again and finally got a hold of someone. Now I am trying to schedule a time to fix it and again they only do three hour windows but no Saturdays. And they won't even give me the window ahead of time so I can adjust my work schedule. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY'S IF YOU HAVE AN 8-5 JOB!!
