Kittles failed to deliver furniture as promised. A phone call was made to store to find out where the delivery people were.....salesman had "apparently" marked the sale as pick up and not delivery. Salesman also said "sales amount too small to be placed on existing Kittle's charge account" !! Spent an entire day waiting for a phone call and/or delivery of furniture. I'd never consider purchasing anything from Kittle's in the future. Terrible service. Terrible everything!!
Not my favorite store. The sales person had us excited to pick out color choices on a couch and loveseat, and we had specifically asked if there were price changes with customization And assured there were not. Over an hour later after choices were made and we were thrilled, we get slammed with hidden fees. He reiterated that there were no fees for choosing PILLOW OPTIONS, but tons when changing couch fabric.
I give them - 5 stars...........pathetic.
Spendy, yes but that's to be expected for quality furniture. We bought a living room set and dining room set. Ask for Chris.
Really bad experience dealing with this store. Staff are completely insensitive to your problems due to their delivery delay. Not taking ownership of product they are selling and blaming manufacturer for delay. No apologies or discount offered. Waiting for our delivery since mid December last year. Watch out if you are looking for good post sales experience from this place.
We really felt that he withheld this information from us in hopes of using a foot in the door technique. However, we would have been happy to purchase a customized couch at that price if he would have been upfront and honest with us. We felt that this was not an honest sales technique and were no longer comfortable putting our trust in the company. He then attempted to tell us we only needed to put half the money down on it today, as if it were about the money. For us, we want to have a company we take pride in and can be loyal to, not about how much we put down on a sofa set. We drove up the street to a local furniture company and spent our money there instead that same day. It was definitely a waste of our time at kittles, and we don't plan on stepping foot in the Greenwood store again.
Nice store! Salesperson was very nice! She was available but not pushy. No one followed us around. We will definitely go back after taking measurements.
