Staff was welcoming, Taylor did an amazing job at finding me a couch for the price I wanted, they offered delivery, and did an excellent job on delivering on time, setting up the couch and throwing away all of the packaging. I can't wait to buy more furniture with them in the future.
Do yourself a favor and go to a more reputable furniture store.
I had an extremely positive experience at Furniture for Less. By the time my husband and I went to the store we had been to 5 other places. I knew exactly what I was looking for and was very specific. Vinny was our sales associate and he was AMAZING. He listened to what we wanted, did not pressure us at all and got us a great deal. I didn't expect such a great deal. A very similar sectional was at the Room Place for $1700. We got it for $1200-- no bs & just good customer service. You can't beat it. Thanks Vinny!
Be aware! The sales people did a great job in the beginning. They sold me a couch that I had great hope would meet our expectations. When I received the couch, the quality was sub-par to the one in the showroom. I am now trying to work through this issue with this company and they are trying to make it right, but indicated that I may be penalized 20% b/c if in fact I have to return this couch due to quality issues, it is their policy. 100% not fair to the customer if the return is due to quality issues. If you get good quality furniture from them upfront...good. If not...good luck!!
