Had a last minute reservation 20 minutes before closing through the company i work for. Arrived & there was some confusion on who is paying (company pays booking agency, booking agency pays vendor). Got in touch with my company contact who was re-booking while i waited. Meanwhile, the rude woman behind the counter said loudly "they have 3 minutes to get this figured out before i close" ...Well 3 minutes went by & re-booking had not finalized...was told " the car will be here at 8am tomorrow " had to leave. Customer service must be #27 on the list of how to treat customers at this location... if there was a more convenient location for us to rent from, we would.
Susan the manager was great!! Helped me over 3 month period to select the right car for my needs. Friendly, helpful and outstanding customer service. Only negative was that the vehicle hadn't been detailed when I picked it up, thus there was trash, sand, and various other oddities still in the vehicle.
Worst Avis I have ever been to, terrible customer service. The old lady over there is very unfriendly and always with don't care attitude. I think she shouldn't in that job if she is so irritated to everybody. I preffered Avis over Hertz because of customer service but not any more. For sure I will never step into greenwood Avis because they have terrible service.
Have always met car rental need with good car reasonable price
I just want everyone to know that this location the lady was so rude on the phone...Then to make matters worst I called the customer service to file a complaint and they were not helpful at all. They told me there is nothing they could do. I will never rent from this company with bad customer service. Did not even get the car I was planning to get.
