Every single person I have dealt with here has been absolutely wonderful. Not only has enterprise the company been great, this locations employees have been amazing. They worked with me, calling my insurance for me several times, and gave me great deals on the cars I drove. Defiantly recommend this company and this location.
Great office staff, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes from start to finish when renting a vehicle. Hours are great as well.
We have rented from Enterprise in the past, but usually at an airport location. This is the first time we rented a car from a local dealer. Our experience was very good, and we will be renting again in the near future. The staff at the Greenwood office was awesome. Brittany and Emily went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with your service. We will continue to use Enterprise in the future and won't even consider trying another rental company.
