Worst customer experience ever! Do not rent from this place! Most unprofessional place I have ever done business with.

Limited vehicles I was not provided the rental car I reserved several weeks prior and was provided with no other alternative vehicle based on limited inventory. The thirty minute wait was also abnormal for members. I would not recommend.
Cars are hit and miss, normally higher mileage (25-30k). Good customer service
was told by insurance company that they had a full size car set up for me so i can fit the two car seats in while my wives chevy was being repaired. As i call them let them know that i was on my way to the body shop i was told nobody could come pick me up as i was told was going to happen. finally someone showed up to get me and when we got to the location the gentleman was in a hurry to get out as it was 5 minutes after closing time. DID NOT get the full size car instead got a Mazda 3 which is a compact car. took 3 days to get the full size car i was originally promised. its been past a month and i have not received the deposit back to this day and it seems like nobody has any idea of whats going on
