I have had 2 incidents where I was like ugh, but overall it was great!
..I haven't been to a hospital or immediate care for three years and this was an absolute embarrassment to the community and to medicine.
I had came into urgent care with severe chest pains while breathing deep. They got me in immediately and the doctors and nurse did everything they could to figure out what was wrong with me. After hooking me up to and ekg the doctor said he would like a cardiologist to take a look at the results however do to the fact it was 9 at night no one was available. Long story short. The next day he calls me asking how I'm feeling and tells me he sent the results to a cardiologist and the results were good. I've had many doctors and non of which have called me the day after.
Do no go here. They are incompetent not to.mention the doctor told me to go to the hospital loll what a joke.
Went in on a Friday, had low grade fever, uncontrollable cough, was told I had a cold. Went back following Monday, even tho fever & cough was worse, still said, you have a cold & prescribed no meds, except cough pills that don’t work. Friday I went to Immediate care in Franklin... I have sinus, ear & bronchitis, finally got some antibiotics. if Franciscan would have given me proper treatment, I’d be well by now... Don’t waste your time or money there..
The rest of my visit I was invited incompetence from the doctor and nurses.
I have been here multiple times, ive been seen and treated within an hour or less! There was 1 time I went in, and I feel like they could've gave me better treatment, but I should've just gone to the hospital instead. 2 days after going here I was admitted in ICU for a week, again though. They aren't specialist on everything so I do not completely blame them.
The only other time I was annoyed about was I went in and had my 1.5 year old daughter with me. We waited about 30 minutes in the waiting room, was seen for about 10 minutes and then were sent back out to wait on my paper work to leave. My daughter started playing with the chairs. We were the only ones there and yes she was being slightly loud but nothing obnoxious. The lady working the desk told me I needed to hold my child so she will calm down.. I don't feel like that was her place, she was not being that bad and she was tired of waiting.
I personally love this immediate care!
Absolutely horrible. Front receptionist sat there and Argued with me and insisted that they didn't take my insurance even tho I had been told other wise and they took it before she even ran it then viola it went through imagine that.
