Very long wait when you have a appt. They do not inform you that it will be a long wait until you keep asking three times why is it a long wait. The front staff do not greet you or not friendly. The staff in the back have their personal conversation instead of helping the patients get in and out

I came for a booster for a vaccine that they said I didn't need an appointment for.... and waited over 45 minutes with a 1 and 3 year old. Awful experience. And no antibacterial hand foam in the waiting room during flu season.
