Diamonds fell out after having a ring for only a month or so .... highly disappointed

Where to even start with this experience.... My daughter and I went into the store to purchase a ring for her for her birthday. We order the ring, pay for it in full, are given a date the ring will be in, and we leave. The ring was to be in on 10/25/17. I call the store 10/27/17 to find out if the ring has come in. The lady tells me "no it has not come in yet, it will be here....oh wait it should have already been here. Let me call special orders and I'll call you back." This was at 10:15 in the morning. When I had not got a call back by 3:30 that afternoon I called the store again. This time I got a very rude customer service rep who informed me they didn't know where my ring was, they had not heard back from the special orders department and they would call me when they heard something the following week. So at this point I am not happy. I call daily to find out if the ring was in. Finally 11/1/17, a week after the ring should have been in, they finally have the ring. I go to the store the same day to pick up the ring. When I get there, they can not find the ring. They finally find the ring! I want to by the warranty for the ring. They can't figure out how to sell this to me because it does not show in the computer that the ring ever came in! They tell me they will have a manager help. After standing there for 20 minutes I finally ask who we are waiting on and am informed that we were waiting on the lady who was sitting down talking with other customers! Would have been nice to know that's who I was waiting on. While I was waiting I was also approached by another very dissatisfied customer who said "beware they have the rudest customer service I have ever seen. Her ring had been in the store lost for a month". Hmmm this sounded familiar. I finally ask if I can purchase the warranty later, I am told I can for up to 90 days. So today 11/3/17, 2 days after I picked up the ring, I get a phone call from Jared's explaining to me that my ring is on back order and they have had to place another order and it will now be here 11/13/17. Hmmm interesting since I picked the ring up 2 DAYS AGO!! I tell the Jared's rep hmm I picked it up 2 days ago, I have had the worst experience ever with you guys, I will NEVER come back to this store and if I wasn't an honest person I would just come up and pick up the ring and have a free ring. The customer service rep simply response with hmm wow sorry. Now I'm sorry but they could have been a little nicer in the store since they lost my ring and couldn't tell me ANYTHING about it. They could have offered a free warranty for my troubles or a free teddy bear that my 7 year old kept talking about the entire time we were in there, for my troubles. But no they didn't offer ANYTHING not even an I'm sorry. I WILL NEVER SHOP JARED'S AGAIN!!!

NIMATU ANDERSON IS VERY VERY RUDE. I HAD A BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH HER, SHE WAS VERY UNGRATEFUL AND SPOKE ABOUT HER JOB IN A BAD WAY. WE HONORED HER SO MUCH AND SHE WAS STILL UNGRATEFUL. THE WHOLE TIME WE WAS TALKING SHE KEPT BEING SO SASSY ABOUT EVERYTHING.

My wife bought me a Tag Heuer watch at Jared Greenwood. She chose this specific watch because after telling the sales person about my job it was decided that a handsome, rugged watch that did not scratch and was indestructible would be best. She also bought the warranty only because the watch so expensive. After a couple months of wear one of the two little rubber loops that the watch band tucks into broke off, a second month the other. Disappointed? Yes, but the watch face was perfect and I loved the watch. I took it in and was told we'd have to send it to Switzerland for repair and it would be back in 12 weeks! What!? I was reluctant and annoyed, but was told that is all they could do, and the silver lining was as part of the service the watch would be impeccably cleaned. Ok. 3 months later we get it back with two plastic loops, but it's NOT clean. Disappointed? Yes. Another month later both the loops have torn off again. I bring it in and this time I'm angry. They say we will have to send it in for another 3 months. I ask can't I get a loop here from your repair area? No. They suggest I purchase from them a new band because clearly this one is not working for me. I am told the cost is $250. I asked for discount or a break on the cost and … No. I had them print off my account history. I have been a loyal customer and have purchased several items over the years. No impact.

My fiance and I went in to look at wedding bands. We told the sales person we were simply looking and we were in no way shape or form ready to buy. We also told them what our combined budget was for both of our rings and that we weren't interested in financing (cash is king). After asking what my fiance was interested in and what our careers were, they showed us literally one example of what my fiance wanted to look at. They then moved on to items 20-40% over our combined budget since apparently they know what we can afford better than us and repeatedly pushed financing. After we said thank you and wanted to leave, they kept pushing us to "register" with them so they could call us regularly to see where we were in the process. After declining twice, they stormed off without so much as a pleasantry for a goodbye. I will continue to drive 2 hours away to a non-chain jewelry store where they listen to what we want, not how much commission they can get, and have always been under budget.

Now my wife is pissed. She immediately drive to Reis Nichols Greenwood. She walked in, showed them the watch. And even though we did not buy the watch there the woman walks it back to the repair area where they fit it with a matching thick loop for free! Now it's been 6 months, no issues with the watch! I am now a loyal Reis Nichols customer!
