If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought chain for Christmas, gave it to my wife and it broke Christmas Day at dinner. I had 3 yr warranty on it and they tried to charge me $170 to get it fixed. Try to help out family owned business and this is what you get. I will stick to the big jewelry store chains from now on and will tell everyone I know not to shop here.
Give them a chance, it'll be we'll worth it. Great customer service. And excellent selection.
